Return Process

  Log into your Trenbe account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Trenbe shipping box, ensuring the return label is clearly visible on the exterior.

  Ship the Item

  Schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop off your package at an authorized logistics point using the pre-paid shipping label provided in your account.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our luxury experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
